These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the online courses provided by THC HAIR REPLACEMENT ACADEMY LIMITED. By purchasing and accessing our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not purchase or use our courses.
### 1. **Course Access and Usage**
**a. Single User License:**
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, and limited license to access and use the course content for your personal, non-commercial use. Only one user is allowed per account, and you may not share your login credentials with others.
**b. Device Usage:**
You may only access the course on one device at a time. Accessing the course on multiple devices simultaneously is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your access without a refund.
### 2. **Intellectual Property**
All course materials, including videos, documents, and other content, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any course content without our express written permission.
### 3. **Refund Policy**
**a. No Refunds After Access:**
Once any part of the online course content has been accessed or watched, refunds are strictly not allowed. By accessing any part of the course, you agree that you have forfeited the right to request a refund.
**b. Refunds Before Access:**
If you have not accessed any part of the course and wish to request a refund, you must do so within [14 days] of your purchase. Refunds will only be issued at our discretion and may be subject to a processing fee.
**C. Refunds of Workshop in person courses
Refunds must be requested within 14 days of ticket purchase, if the 14 days falls within 7 days before the course start date it will be non refundable, any no shows or cancellations will be non refundable. No refunds will be granted without 7 days notice of course start date.
### 4. **Course Availability**
We strive to ensure that our courses are available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not responsible for any delays or disruptions in service due to technical issues, maintenance, or factors beyond our control.
### 5. **Modification of Courses and Terms**
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any course content or these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the courses after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

You agree to use the courses for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the course or the servers and networks hosting the courses.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the course or our systems.
- Use the course for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the course without notice if you violate any of these Terms. In the event of termination, you will not be entitled to a refund.
